The Vancouver Sun printed an article over the weekend calling Cowichan Bay, “More than just a pretty tourist town.“ The article goes on to describe all the virtues of the Cowichan Valley region:
“The region’s temperate climate provides farmers and food producers with the longest growing season in Canada. Artisan cheeses and breads, lush produce, sweet berries, farm-raised meats, abundant seafood, sparkling orchard ciders and award-winning wines are all part of the local bounty.”
We are grateful for the mention of our hotel as the place to stay while visiting the Cowichan Valley region and our restaurant, Terrain Kitchen, as a place to dine.
